process.
Stage 1: Your Personal Training starts with a health, medical, lifestyle and fitness consultation, including a
detailed health profile, where your Personal Trainer discusses your
current lifestyle, nutrition and exercise goals with you.
Stage 2: Next, your current fitness levels are
comprehensively assessed via the
body4life foundationFITNESS Body
Assessment. In addition to a full musculo-skeletal evaluation; blood
pressure, resting heart rate and body composition tests are also
conducted. Throughout the assessment, all your results are fully
explained to you in detail.
Stage 3: The results of Stage 1 and Stage 2 are
assessed and combined to create your unique, personalised, one-to-one
training sessions. Your progress is continually assessed during each
session as your Personal Trainer helps you progress towards your
goals.
