01 June - Tony & Mike go head-to-head at the Cheshire Triathlon This morning, Tony and Mike along with body4life Clients Jackie & Dave Clarke & Susie Woods, all competed in the Cheshire Triathlon over consecutive distances of 500 metres (Swim), 20K (Bike) and 5K (Run), in what proved to be a formidably well organised and fun event. Although everyone has dabbled a little over the years at 'Tri', we were all relative novices and after completing the event, we all know the areas upon which we need to work! Tony took overall honours, coming in ahead of the rest of us in 187th (out of some 1,000 competitors overall), so well done to Tony! Special mention must go to Susie Woods who has been making amazing improvements in her road-running times recently, culminating in a 5K personal best time, achieved after swimming 500 metres and cycling 20K! Well done Susie! The event is repeated on September 21st this year so a re-match has been planned! Keep checking out the News page for training and results updates!
