Q. I have to follow a special diet for medical reasons; will that affect my nutritional assessment?
A. No. It is important that the nature of your condition and diet are discussed at your consultation so that your Nutritional Advisor can factor your condition into your analysis and report.
Q. What qualifications do body4life Nutritional Advisors hold?
A. All body4life Nutritional Advisors hold the Premier Training International Nutrition for Health and Fitness Certificate, which is accredited by the Register of Nutritional Therapists. They are also qualified as Personal Trainers and Injury Therapists.
Q. I am particularly interested in correct nutrition for training and competition; can that be included in my assessment?
A. Definitely. Eating the correct foods before, during and after training and competition can have an enormous impact upon your performance and if that is your key objective, your Nutritional Advisor will ensure that these areas are covered in detail.
Q. When do you recommend that I have my Nutritional Analysis carried out?
A. The ideal time to have your Nutritional Analysis Assessment is when you begin Personal Training. Correct nutrition goes hand-in-hand with correct exercise and a healthy lifestyle so it makes sense to target the two together so that you get the maximum benefits from your health and fitness programme.
