are qualified and experienced in training people with Arthritis,
Asthma, Diabetes, Hypertension, Multiple Sclerosis, Osteoporosis
and pre & post natal pregnancy and we discuss any concerns with
you during your Lifestyle Consultation. We are also very experienced
in assessing injuries and rehabilitating Clients back to full fitness.
A. Before you start working
with your body4life Personal Trainer, you have a comprehensive consultation,
which includes a detailed health & lifestyle profile, followed
by the unique body4life foundationFITNESS Body Assessment. From that
information, your Personal Trainer creates your unique, tailored
personal training sessions.
A. No, there's absolutely
nothing to worry about. Through a combination of specific non-invasive
functional tests, we build up a detailed picture
of your current fitness levels. For the tests, the most exercise
you will be doing is walking around the assessment room for a minute
or two.
A. It depends on the exercise.
Sometimes it is critical that we monitor and help you with your technique,
which can't be done when your Personal Trainer is exercising
too. At other times we will do exercises together, like assisted
stretches, running, etc.
A. All body4life Personal Trainers
are fully qualified graduates of the prestigious Premier Training
International Diploma in Personal Training. The Diploma in Personal
Training is accredited by the Register of Exercise Professionals
at the highest level (Level 3). They are also qualified as Nutritional
Advisors, Injury Therapists and Fitness Instructors.
